Roar Chocolate Power Balls

½ Cup of Pecans & Pistachios
1/3 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 Cup of Medjool Dates (Pitted)
Pinch of Cornish Sea Salt
2tsp Rice Malt Syrup
1tsp Coconut Oil
Dribble of water
1tbsp Goji Berries
Put the nuts into a food processor and whizz them up until they are ground up fairly finely. Following this add the cacao powder and half of the dates, continually pulse until the dates combine with the other ingredients and the mixture looks quite crumbly.
Continue to add the dates and the Goji Berries, and pulse. Next add the Rice Malt Syrup and Coconut Oil and mix until the whole mixture is sticky and is combining together nicely. If you find the mixture is still a little dry and is not sticking together when pressed, add a little water and mix again.
When your mixture becomes stiff and sickly spoon out small amounts, about the size of a cherry tomato and roll them into balls. Once you've done this for the whole mixture place them in an air tight container and leave them in the fridge to set.
