What's for breakfast...?

Filling, flavoursome and full of natural healthy fats and protein, this is the ideal Sunday breakfast. It’s just as luxurious as your typical fry up, but bursting with a full range of nutrients.

Once you've given into your sweet tooth and hopped on the sugar rollercoaster it's hard to get back off it. You're stuck in the cycle of cravings, with the need to satisfy it quickly with more sugar! So why not avoid the sugar spike altogether and start the day as you hope to go on, with a protein rich breakfast. Not only will help you curb the cravings, but you will also feel fuller for longer too.

We’ve always loved porridge in my family. There’s just something incredibly satisfying about its simplicity, and also its versatility in what flavours you can add into the mix. While some may still associate porridge with the gruel served to Oliver Twist, in reality porridge can be a delicious and nutritious start to the day.

Having quite a sweet tooth I often find myself craving something sweet mid afternoon or after dinner. No matter how hard I try to resist, I do often find myself giving in to the temptation of a couple of piece of chocolate (dark of course). But that was all until I discovered the magic of chia puddings…healthy, naturally sweetened (with fruit and honey or agave) and totally satisfying!.

After starting to drink my Spinach & Supergreens Smoothie on a daily basis, and recognizing how wholly nutritious it actually was I figured this must be the ultimate weekend hangover cure…Perhaps its green and frothy appearance wont look remotely appetizing while your stomach is still contemplating whether it wants to throw up or not, but I can assure you your body is crying out for this smoothie, and what’s more… it actually tastes really nice!
